Very difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone, emails don't get responded to. They really need to hire more people or something. Hector was very helpful. Tires were delivered fast though.
Ordered my tires 7 days ago, it said during my purchase that they would be delivered in 3 business days. Still no sign of the tires and I have been on hold with customer service for 30 minutes now 3 separate times, yet to speak to anyone. Also emailed customer service yesterday with no response. When I look up my order status it just says received, ships FedEx. Like to know if these are coming, so far VERY unimpressed.
I dropped of the tire after a wrong purchase on ebay. It was easier to take it there than go through fedex. I've waited 7 days so far and no refund. It took over a week to even get an rma to begin with. Terrible customer service. $178.00 tire...
2.5 rating out of 5? And it goes to show the poor service from these guys. I bought some Nitto 37s and was in contact with them about the vibrating issues I was having from the start. After about 2 months and a total of 4 tire balancing from 3 different shops and about $180 worth wasted we finally got a new set of tires. I asked if they would reimburse me for the wasted balancing that I was advised to do or was the blame was that the rims were probably out of round and they said they wouldnt be able to. So if you have issues, either get it refunded or ask them to waste their money to rebalance if they wanna try exploring other options. I wasted so much time, effort and money on this process. And they sure arnt in any hurry to respond to email either. Poor customer service and their rating shows!
Purchased multiple sets of tires from them, because the cheap price point. When you have a warranty issue, it's a nightmare. I recommend everyone to spend a little more and purchase from discount tire.
Last set of nittos i paid $1300 with a 50k warranty. At 29k on the tires, one Bubbled up and they would not send me a new one. Ended up having to purchase a whole new set cause they did not have the tire in stock.
Just talked to Terrence after buying new tires less than 30 days ago. Told him the problem w the NITTO Tires I bought. He informed me that their return policy ONLY applies if shipping to a installation center of their list. So now I'm screwed. STAY AWAY and won't ever trust Tirebuyer again.
I ordered on 07/03/2020 and on 07/06/2020 I have them installed despite being a long holiday I was able to get my tires done. Pepboy's did a great job.
I bought 5 Carlisle trailer tires and 3 of them were 2.5 years old. The other two were 1.5 years old. It's recommended that trailer tires be replaced every 3-5 years. So my tires are all at least half gone!
I emailed TireBuyer regarding this, asking if their lower prices are due to selling older tires. I received no answer.
